For 20 years, Serge Guillou, has specialised in bar management and operations of new and renovated bars in deluxe hotel properties and private establishments.
He has launched, two years ago, his own consulting company, Barpartners.
Barpartners offers professional support in:
- Bar conception and equipment, from choice of building materials and equipment to conceptualisation of the bar menu and product selection.
- Training and coaching of bar employees.
- Customizing events with professional bartenders.
Serge is also president of Belgium’s Bartenders Guild (Union des Barmen de Belgique)
